TERMS & CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION
  1. This website can be accessed at www.mrsscatter.co.za and is owned and operated by Mrs Scatter
    (Pty) Ltd, Registration Number: 2021 / 396223 / 07.
  2. Mrs Scatter (Pty) Ltd Terms and Conditions govern the ordering, sale and delivery of goods and
    the use of www.mrsscatter.co.za
  3. Mrs Scatter (Pty) Ltd Terms and Conditions apply when using our website to purchase goods.
  4. When you, the customer, purchase goods from Mrs Scatter , you agree to and accept all our terms
    and conditions.
PRODUCTS
  1.  Illustrations, photographs or descriptions on the website or in any other documents issued by Mrs
    Scatter are intended as a guide only. While every effort is made to ensure that the product you
    purchase corresponds as closely as possible to the sample shown online, slight differences may
    occur and you, the customer, will be entitled to rely on descriptions or samples of only the specific
    goods ordered by you, the customer.
  2. All goods displayed on our website are subject to availability. If any goods you ordered are not
    immediately available or are not available at all, we will let you know as soon as possible. Goods are
    only available for delivery in South Africa.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
  1. A standard fee of R85 is charged for all deliveries.
  2. The delivery fee of R85 has been included in the cost of the product and is therefore reflected in
    the total price of your order upon checkout.
  3. We will arrange for delivery to the delivery address that you provide to us upon checkout. All risk in the Product shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
  4. Subject to availability and receipt of full payment, delivery of the Goods shall be made to you, the customer within 7 working days.
  5. Please note: A lead time of 14 working days will apply to orders over 20 units. Should you require
    your order sooner than the stipulated 14 working days an additional fee will be charged and you, the customer will be required to contact Mrs Scatter directly via sales@mrsscatter.co.za to make the necessary arrangements.
  6. Mrs Scatter makes use of The Courier Guy to deliver the goods to you. Mrs Scatter is not liable for any damage suffered or any losses incurred arising out of any act or omission by the courier, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents or representatives.
  7. Mrs Scatter or The Courier Guy will inform you, the customer, of the expected delivery time of
    your order but will not be liable for any loss caused by a delay for reasons beyond Mrs Scatter or
    The Courier Guy’s control.
  8. You, the customer must ensure that our courier can access the place of delivery provided. If
    delivery is not taken by you, the customer, your order will be retained for 14 days and thereafter will be disregarded.
  9. Should you, the customer, accidentally receive the incorrect goods, please do not remove any of the stickers or labels, or remove the goods from its original packaging. Notify us immediately and we will collect the goods from you at no charge and deliver the correct goods within 3 working days.
PAYMENT
  1. All payments shall be made to Mrs Scatter by using one of the payment mechanisms on the
    website.
  2. We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
  3. Payment can be made for goods via Instant EFT via Payfast.
  4. Full payment of the price and delivery charges (where applicable) is required before products will be delivered.. The product remains the property of Mrs Scatter until payment is received in full.
  5. You, the customer may contact us via email at accounts@mrsscatter.co.za to obtain a full record
    of your payment.
WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Please take great care when unwrapping and disposing of the packaging in which our goods are supplied. Keep the packaging away from children and other vulnerable people. Use appropriate equipment such as scissors to remove the packaging. Children and infants can choke on the plastic
    and other packaging materials or get strangled, sharp edges can cause cuts and none of the packaging is edible and may be poisonous if ingested.
  2. Care instructions regarding the use and cleaning of products are provided for all products on Mrs Scatter’s website.
RETURNS
  1. If you, the customer, are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of the date that it is delivered to you. The goods must be unused, in their original condition and packaging and you must have the invoice as well the delivery note as proof for return. You may not return goods if it has been engraved, sized, taken apart or altered.
  2. Mrs Scatter shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear or any willful damage, negligence by any other party, subjection to abnormal conditions, used for a purpose other than their usual intended purpose, storage, transport or cleaning contrary to the warnings or care instructions issued by Mrs Scatter.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mrs Scatter reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time where circumstances require, provided that such changes will be reasonable and will be communicated to you, the customer on reasonable notice.
